To respect both your time and mine, please review the cancellation policy carefully before booking. Booking Deposit: A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This amount will be applied to your final service total. Cancellations & Rescheduling: I kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in a 20% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full cost of the booked service and may be required to pay in full to rebook in the future. Late Arrivals: There is a 15-minute grace period. Arrivals later than 15 minutes past your scheduled time will be considered a cancellation. Thank you for your understanding. Your cooperation allows me to provide the best experience for all clients.
